Dentally Portal’s Kiosk helps you save time with seamless patient check-in. Practices are saving 2 days' work per month when utilising Kiosk effectively!

UK Dentally Portal users have access to Kiosk immediately – you'll just need a suitable, correctly configured Apple or Android device. Pair it in just a few minutes, mount it somewhere visible near your practice’s entrance, and patients can start checking in digitally straightaway!

Right now it's available in the UK, with rollout to the rest of the world coming later this year.

  • Patients enter their date of birth and are effortlessly triaged according to actions needed.
  • No actions to complete? Patients will be told to take a seat. Got forms to fill in, or arrived late to the appointment? They’ll be directed to reception – meaning you only need to see those who require attention.
  • Successful check-in automatically updates their appointment status.

Kiosk works perfectly in combination with Concierge, for smooth and seamless arrivals. Faster, easier check-in and more time to focus on other important tasks.

Please note: Kiosk is currently only optimised for practices with single waiting rooms.
