Charting in Dentally has grown busier over time; new buttons, new menus, new features all plastered onto one already busy screen. Well, we have heard your feedback, and we are doing something about it.
The first change will let you edit information directly on the chart screen, without expanding tabs or switching views. Plus, you can reorder items and appointments with a simple drag and drop. Both are grounded in feedback from clinicians about where charting felt slower than it needed to be.
Plus, we will be bringing back treatment item notes for those on the new note experience and those still using our legacy note system your treatment item notes will be getting an update.
Coming next, we are exploring tooth first charting: the ability to select a tooth, or click and drag to select several, then choose what to chart against them, as well as improvements to clinical history and treatment notes.
