Attention Australian users πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί - Dentally is moving to local servers

To better serve our Australian customers, Dentally is upgrading its infrastructure. On 21 July 2025, we will migrate all Dentally AU users from our UK-based servers to a new dedicated environment hosted in Sydney πŸŽ‰ This change provides the same reliable, secure platform - built specifically for Australian practices like yours!

Further benefits include:

Upgrade to our servers - all practice data will be hosted within Australia, fully compliant to all regional regulatory requirements.

Improved performance – enjoy fast load times and seamless everyday use, now powered by local Australian servers.

Complete security and reliability – maintained through a robust, locally managed infrastructure tailored for Australian users.

To ensure a smooth transition, please complete the following before 21 July 2025:

βœ… Update any saved bookmarks to the new app login page: app.apac.dentally.com - We will let you know when you can start using the new URL! If you switch to the new one now you may loose access to features like Dentally Vision so be sure to only switch AFTER we have notified you.

βœ… Update all API integrations, including Zapier, to use the new endpoint: api.apac.dentally.com

βœ… If you have firewall rules, review and update them to allow access to the new domains listed above – contact IT support for help with this.
βœ…Ensure you are using the new Concierge app instead of the iPad app.

βœ… If you use the Dentally Portal Admin Dashboard, update any saved URLs

What to expect on 21 July:

From 21 July 2025, you MUST be using the new URLs to access Dentally.

πŸš€ URL to use for Dentally Portal - portal.apac.dentally.com

πŸ“Please Note: Patient-facing portal links will remain unchanged.

There will be a brief period of downtime as we complete the migration. This will be done out of time zone to ensure minimal impact on your working hours. After this, users accessing the old URLs will either:

  • Receive a redirect to the correct site - or
  • See an error message prompting them to log in at the new address.

🚨 Important: If your URLs, integrations, or firewalls aren’t updated in time, you may experience issues accessing Dentally.
